Broad, Balanced and Enriched learning
At Glyncollen we value every child and will work to ensure that each child feels proud of who they are and of their achievements.
Within this supportive ethos, we will provide a broad, balanced and enriched curriculum for all our children.
As part of this process all children are given opportunities to particpate in a range of extra curricular activities during learning time, which are aimed at enhancing their skills and experiences.
Activities include:Sportstars, First Aid, Art Attack, Music, Craft,
Keep Active, Logicats, Digital & Nature
(all developing Logic and Social Skills.)
Clubs are organised into alternating 3 week blocks (KS2) and 1 week blocks (KS1) to allow all children to experience a wide range of skill development throughout the school year.
