Year 6 children visited Gwersyll yr Urdd, Cardiff in May 2009.

 

Even though this trip was only over 2 days, both days were full of fun, outings and free time...

 

Day 1

• A chance to explore Cardiff Castle
• A visit to the Millennium Stadium
• A look around Dr. Who Exhibition

Day 2

 

• Assembly visit
• Boat trip around Cardiff Bay
• An exciting time in Tecniquest

Year 5 children visited Borfa House, Port Eynon  in October 2008.

 

Even though the weather wasn't at its best we all had a brilliant time, with lots of activities and free time to keep us busy...  

 

Day 1

• A walk to Port Eynon Point in the RAIN!
• An evening of ART with Mr.Lewis

 

 

Day 2

• Orienteering around Borfa House, the Beach and Millwood forest
• Film Night and Free Time

 

Day 3

• Rock Climbing
• Abseiling
• Pot-holing
• 3 mile trek across cliff tops

 

 

 

Day 4 & 5

• Beach litter pick
• Fun in the orange tent near Culver Hole
• A visit to the Lifeboat House
